YOUR INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE As an intern, you will be fully immersed in Richemont's vibrant organization and unique culture, engaging in a wide array of activities across our prestigious Maisons. You will play a vital role, assisting your dedicated team in executing brand or functional strategies, and contributing to key initiatives and projects that drive development and understanding in areas such as sales, culture, analytics, and service.

INTERNSHIP TITLE   Product & Trade Compliance Internship

ROLE OVERVIEW The Product & Trade Compliance Internship at Richemont focuses on mitigating legal and reputational risks related to product market access.  The intern will contribute to creating due diligence guidelines, updating export control policies (initially for the USA, with potential expansion to Mexico and Brazil), and improving existing compliance processes.  This role ensures Richemont maintains regulatory compliance and responsible business practices throughout its product lifecycle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Review and update export control policy and process to meet current USA standards (with eventual extension to Mexico or Brazil)

·       Contribute to create a due diligence guideline related to various trade-oriented topics

·       Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing policies

·       Efficient communication with specific partners to deliver the exact message and ensure continuity

YOUR PROFILE

·       Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law and Compliance or holding a customs broker certification

·       Proficiency in SharePoint (pages creation, access management, content creation, etc.), PowerPoint, and other relevant software.

·       Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

·       An innovative and proactive thinker, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

·       A collaborative team player, eager to contribute, empower others, and achieve collective success.

·       Highly energetic and enthusiastic about supporting diverse projects and initiatives.

·       Available to commit to a full-time schedule throughout the entire duration of our Summer Internship Program from June 1st to August 7th.

·       Legally authorized to work in the United States. Please note: International students must possess a current work visa; Richemont North America does not sponsor work visas for summer internships.

·       Must be 18 years of age or older by the start of the program.
