KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Retail Operations (coordinated with Retail team)
Monitor F&B replenishment, sourcing/quotation request for new items in drinks menu.
Support Ad Hoc and new projects that are upcoming.
Merchandising
Raise LGSMs
Account Management & Market visit
Collect feedback on other key luxury brands performance, consumers and competition activities.
Report back to Sales and Marketing executive with key points and proposed actions if needed.
Marketing & Communications
CRM Events and Client Treatments
Support, plan and execute monthly CRM events to engage more high-end clients in brand activities, and create unique and personalized touch.
Prepare and process client event/treatment, including client mailings (catalogue request, welcome pack etc)
Work closely with Sales and Marketing executive to plan boutique activations to drive foot traffic.
Digital
Support in the implantation of media/social media/Line OA and digital strategy in the region
Communication
Support the local PR plan and close media relations.
Support organization and implementation of brand events: logistics arrangement, ideas generation, preparation of marketing collaterals etc.
Assist in post-event reports.
Trade Marketing
Assist in administrative duties.
REQUIREMENTS:
University or Business School Graduate
1-2 years working experience in a similar role, preferably in premium/luxury goods environment
Sales and customer focus, with strong motivation to achieve budgeted targets
Proven ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks, and work within tight deadlines
Strong organisational, planning and coordination skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Team player; creative and passionate
Ability to work well at all levels of the organisation (HQ, Regional team & Local team)
Ability to engage, motivate and convey key brand messages with external stakeholders
Basic accounting and finance knowledge
Extensive software skills; SAP usage experience a plus
Strong command of Microsoft Office and computer skills
