HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

We are looking for talent to join the Supply & Matching team, which manages the parts required for repairs at the Technical Center. This center is directly responsible for the inspection and repair of high-end luxury watches, jewelry, pens, leather goods, and other products sold across all brands within the Richemont Group.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Customer Communication & Inquiry Management

 

•    Support the repair process for Richemont Group products (luxury brands such as Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Piaget, IWC, etc.).
•    Verify parts required for product repair and manage orders.
•    Communicate with the HK APAC CS team for parts procurement.
•    Receive parts and match them with repair cases.
•    Regularly manage returns of defective and unused parts.
•    Conduct monthly inventory checks and manage inventory.
•    Order and manage tools and supplies – including vendor management, regular inventory checks, ordering, repair, and maintenance management.
•    Communicate regarding parts-related inquiries from internal and external relevant departments.

 

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

 

•    Bachelor's degree or higher
•    2+ years of experience in general administration, parts, and inventory management (Preferred)
•    Proficiency in business English and MS Office.
•    A proactive and positive individual with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of being a strong team player.
•    Outstanding communication and analytical skills.
