Are you passionate about retail excellence and optimizing commercial performance? Do you have a genuine interest in delving into the variety of projects that the UAE-based Commercial Operations team has to offer? As a Retail Excellence Project Manager, you will assist the department in ensuring that projects are successfully led, contributing to the Maison's success in the UAE market.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?
In this role, you will coordinate the implementation of major tools, processes, and operations to optimize commercial performance and business efficiency within our retail, wholesale, and travel retail networks in the UAE. You will also be a key contact for various departments and boutiques, providing daily support to the Operations team and handling other operational tasks. This position is special because it offers the opportunity to drive significant improvements in retail operations and contribute directly to enhancing the client experience.
Your main missions are to:

Coordinate & implement new commercial projects:
·
Organize in-boutique kick-offs and conduct training with boutique staff on new tools and applications.
·
Manage new tools implementation and enhancement as per HQ guidelines.
·
Follow up on project implementation and monitor project performance.
·
Manage IT & Security Operations:
·
Coordinate and follow up on ongoing and future IT & Security developments for the local commercial network.
·
Provide feedback on project advancements to Boutique Managers & commercial leadership.
·
Liaise with IT & Security team to train all staff and follow the implementation.
·
Provide Daily Support to Commercial & Boutique Teams :
·
Act as a referent for all boutique teams for daily support of all operational tasks & digital tools.
·
Support operations during major local events (HJ events, photo shoots, new product launches, etc.).
·
Manage and facilitate ordering/allocation of Boutique Art of Living and boutique supplies.
·
Vendor, Contract Management & Budget Follow Up:
·
Responsible for renewing contracts of external suppliers.
·
Manage the optimization of vendors for the local Commercial team.
·
Follow up on budget: actuals vs budget, maintain and track invoices received
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience within an international company, preferably in the retail/luxury sector, with a university degree.

Excellent Project Management skills
·
Strong analytical, problem-solving, pro-activity skills
·
Advanced with MS applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and proficient with other computer software (Internet, POS Systems, SAP etc)

As a Retail Excellence Project Manager, you are a strong partner to the team, you can easily evolve with a variety of topics ensuring support, transparent communication, and close follow ups.

You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships with cross-functional teams.
·
You are able to organize a daily workload by priorities and demonstrate proven organizational & project management skills.
·
Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
·
Ability to deal with people from all backgrounds.
·
You have experience in budget management and excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
·
You are fluent in English, any additional language is a plus (French and/or Arabic).
·
Ability to work flexible hours with occasional travels within the UAE
·
Willing to take on temporary new duties during colleagues’ leave or absence
