Are you passionate about luxury retail and creating exceptional client experiences? Do you have a genuine interest in representing the Cartier brand and contributing to a welcoming and efficient boutique environment?

As a Boutique Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for clients, setting the tone for their visit and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.

 

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?

Your mission is to embody the spirit of Cartier by providing a warm and professional welcome to all clients, managing the flow of the boutique, and assisting with various operational tasks. You will be instrumental in creating a positive and memorable first impression for every visitor.

Among various responsibilities, your main missions are to act as a welcoming ambassador, manage client waiting times effectively, ensure smooth client flow and orientation within the boutique, and support boutique operations to maintain an impeccable environment.

·  Client Experience & Welcoming: Uphold the Cartier image by providing a consistently excellent and professional welcome to all clients.
·  Waiting Time & Data Management: Efficiently manage client waiting times, utilize the BOA application, and accurately register client data.
·  Client Flow & Orientation: Ensure a smooth client flow by answering questions, assessing needs, and directing clients to the appropriate department.
·  Boutique Operations & Assistance: Maintain the boutique's impeccable condition, adhere to all policies, and assist with operational tasks as needed.

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

·  Experience: Minimum 1 year in a client-facing role (luxury retail preferred).
·  Core Skills: Strong communication, flexibility, team spirit, initiative, and client orientation.
·  Personal Attributes: Passion for exceptional client experiences, dedication to Cartier's legacy, ability to manage stress and confidentiality, adaptability, and strong organizational skills.
·  Technical Skills: Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
·  Language Skills: Fluent in English and French (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
