You have solid professional experience in the luxury industry, coupled with strong interpersonal skills. Experience in areas like regional retail or training is beneficial. You are a detail-oriented, proactive and self-motivated person. You master in English, and Chinese is a plus.

 

 

What are we expecting from you?

 

Reporting to the Regional Visual Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for:

 

Institutional Visual Merchandising

 

·  Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
·  Act as a key driver and gatekeeper for boutique displays, ensuring display tool standards and product zoning through routine Yoobic check, analyzing data to improve collaboration between regional and market teams.
·  Collaborate with marketing and retail operations to optimize monthly editing displays. Analyzing the impact of zoning on sales, strategizing VM approaches with each team, developing methods to increase VM's contribution to sales, and establishing KPI measurement.
·  Monitor Institutional VM display tool stock and budget. Adjust VM display tool stock and budget in coordination with market VM and relevant departments.
·  Conduct monthly reviews and adjustments on market proposals and VM guidelines with key departments, such as marketing, merchandising etc. Foster regional synergy while offering ongoing feedback to HQ regarding improvements and market-specific requests. 

 

Community Engagement & Communication Excellence

 

·  Manage the APA VM community, fostering strong relationships with markets and cross-functional departments. Lead the planning and implementation of training programs designed to enhance the skills and capabilities of the VM community.
·  Share monthly VM practices and compile competitive analyses with actionable proposals on current market trends. Produce a quarterly report for the Marcom Newsletter to ensure effective communication.
·  Develop a deep understanding of the unique culture, marketing, and retail strategies of each market by organizing monthly meetings to facilitate communication and alignment, ensuring effective collaboration with local and global teams across departments.
