HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
We are seeking a commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and drive our wholesale growth across Scandinavia. In this role, you will manage and nurture existing business, drive new business through existing accounts and new account acquisition, and maintain and elevate our brand positioning within Scandinavia.
Key responsibilities:
Managing key accounts, green grass, and buying groups to ensure strong sell-in and sell-through.
Becoming an expert in both Peter Millar and G/FORE brands and products.
Identifying and onboarding high-potential prospects.
Acting as a brand ambassador in the region, ensuring consistent brand positioning, merchandising, and storytelling.
Providing staff training with our key partners.
Identifying and assisting with regional marketing initiatives, events, and trade activation.
Providing regular market feedback on product requirements and opportunities.
Building and maintaining a territory potential report, supporting in setting regional budgets and forecasts, and maintaining detailed account plans.
Managing and tracking seasonal order books and driving in-season business.
Representing the brand at buying days, trade shows, and appropriate industry events.
Collaborating with Customer Service, Finance, and Operations to ensure a seamless experience for existing and new partners.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
Experience in wholesale sales, preferably within a golf or fashion environment.
Proven success in managing a multi-country territory.
Strong existing relationships in the territory.
Excellent brand and product presentation skills.
A highly self-motivated and confident approach to working remotely.
A commercial mindset.
Fluency in Swedish and English is mandatory. Any additional languages are welcome.
This is a fully remote position, requiring the successful candidate to be based in Sweden. Frequent travel will be an integral part of this role.
