Are you a good match?

You have proven professional experience in client engagement, and good communication skills. You are highly responsible, detail-oriented, collaborative and proficient in using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and MS Office. You master English, and Cantonese and Mandarin would be a plus.

What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to the Regional Senior Client Manager, you will be responsible for:

High-End Client Events

  • Provide strategic oversight for high-end client experiences, ensuring adherence to Maison standards, market consistency, and integration with the broader event strategy.

  • Drive the continuous evolution of the experience catalogue, proposing creative enhancements and validating quality through site inspections.

  • Serve as the central regional point for event execution, offering guidance, frameworks, and managing key hospitality and experience agencies.

  • Represent the region's voice to HQ, integrating local priorities into global event treatment approaches.

  • Analyze event budgets and return on investment to strategically inform client targeting and resource allocation.

Star-Client Journey Strategy

  • Define regional guidelines for personalized yearly journeys of STAR clients, ensuring alignment with Maison values and market realities.

  • Curate exceptional journeys and rare experiences through a regional "exceptional addresses & experiences" book, guiding markets in tailoring bespoke treatments.

  • Consolidate market inputs to form a regional view on STAR-client engagement, track ROI and performance, and partner with Client Development to align on targeting and development priorities.
