Then you must be the right talent to join our team as Purchasing Department Assistant !
The Purchasing Department assistant will report to the Head of Purchasing and will support the entire purchasing team.
As the Purchasing Department assistant you will :

Be in charge of the purchasing data management in SAP and of validating the workflow system
·
Follow up and update suppliers information to contribute to the Due Diligence
·
Liaise with suppliers to collect and update mandatory documents to respect Compliance guidelines
·
Assist the purchasing team in daily operational tasks from sourcing to supplier creation in SAP, RFQ and price offer analysis
·
Extract and analyse purchasing data (invoice variances, KPIs etc.) and assist in preparing dashboards on purchasing activity
·
Oversee the purchasing administrative tasks and processes and contribute to purchasing administrative process optimization
·
Ensure effective collaboration with the Purchasing Team and the other departments of the Maison

You have SAP skills and/or are used to work with ERP
