JOB ROLE

The Project Coordinator will support and implement the general duties of the Store Design & Planning department. He/ She will help assist in the design, planning, implementation, build and maintenance of a boutique life span. He/ She will also follow up reporting and maintenance of built stores.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

·  Supports the overall maintenance & store development function and assists in store project management function.
·  Arrange contractors/ workers to carry out maintenance / renovation work including obtaining and analysing quotations, site supervisions and coordination and liaison with related parties
·  Forecast quarterly costs, planning and scheduling of maintenance
·  Monitor & report maintenance program and consultancy reports
·  Ensure all emergencies being attended by relevant contactors to promptly rectified
·  Assists in communicating with internal and external parties including but not limited to landlords, contractors, suppliers, etc. for maintenance & project execution.
·  Assists in preparation of project master programmes, track of construction progress, materials order and delivery status, workmanship quality, maintenance & store build out budget and cost detailed plan.
·  Organizes information for maintenance / project meetings with internal teams, local partners and external consultants.
·  Assists in consolidating material samples, site progress reports and store opening reports.
·  Assists in monitoring and managing construction progress/compliance with approved store design on a periodic basis to ensure consistency of brand guidelines and standards as directed by manager.
·  Supports the team in organize material library and to maintain submission and approval record up-to-date.
·  Manages the Store Planning and Development database including physical and digital housekeeping on daily basis.

 

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

·  Education :
·  Minimum College / University (Surveying, Engineering, or Architectural background)
·  Experience (at least 3 years):
·  Project management /
·  Site & construction management /
·  Fixture, Fitting and Furniture engineering and manufacturing /
·  Interior Design and Decoration /
·  Specific Competencies :
·  able to work both independently and in team, collaborative spirit is essential
·  able to cope with shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem solving capabilities
·  able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment
·  Languages :
·  Proficiency in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
