Store Planning Project Manager (1-year contract)

You have solid experience in the relevant field with professional qualifications in Project Management / Interior Design / Architecture / Civil Engineering.

You have strong analytical and strategic thinking in Procurement, Vendors Management and Project Management.

You have a good knowledge of AutoCAD, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project.

You make thoughtful decisions to fix issues that require immediate attention.

You are the person who shows initiative, ownership and commitment.

You are proficient in English and Chinese.

 

What are we expecting from you?

 

Reporting to VM & Store Planning Manager, HK & Macau, you will be responsible for:

·  Partner with regional team to formalize and prepare boutiques project brief including project budget, design concept, layout proposal and implementation schedule.
·  Be responsible for detail drawing and material submission, manufacturer review and supply delivery, installation and onsite inspection.
·  Manage project execution with local contractors and architects to ensure efficient, on-time and on-budget execution of projects.
·  Provide recommendations and technical solutions on fit out works and architectural matters.
·  Estimate boutique projects budget and follow-up on actual costs of each project against budget.
·  Monthly boutique visit to identify maintenance needs in each boutique and ensure the follow-up of maintenance work with local contractors.
·  Prepare for the necessary documents to Landlord and to manage on material purchases and inventory control.
