YOUR MISSION:
Coordinate and organize all actions that meet the delivery plan by aiming to optimize the use of internal and external resources on time.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

- Coordinate and organize all actions to meet the delivery plan, optimizing the use of internal and external resources on time.
- Conduct thorough research using primary data sources, selecting relevant information for analyzing key themes and trends.
- Manage and recommend improvements to the inventory-control program, identifying and solving issues.
- Execute planning activities within a defined framework/system in a low complexity supply chain, primarily affecting the organization/unit.
- Organize and prepare complex documents using various applications for technology devices, including standard office software; gather and summarize data for special reports.
- Provide support and advice to help others maximize the use of data management systems.
- Perform a range of supplier management activities to support others or fulfill role requirements.
- Offer support and advice to help others optimize external communications systems.
- Provide support and advice to help others maximize internal communications systems.
- Develop personal capabilities through assessment, development planning, formal and informal training, and coaching; pursue external professional accreditation to enhance performance and potential.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of education.
- Possess experience as an unsupervised practitioner.
- Have basic experience in coordinating the work of others.
