To support our IWC Partnerships and Sponsoring team we are looking for an
INTERN GLOBAL PARTNERSHIPS (100%)
Duration: 6 Months
Start: April 2026
In this role, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to activating prestigious partnerships, including Formula One and Dunhill Links, in collaboration with our global colleagues. Throughout your internship, you will gain invaluable hands-on experience while actively contributing to the planning and execution of high-level partnership activations.
YOUR MISSION AT IWC.
- Assist in the planning and execution of activations and brand experiences
- Facilitate communication with key internal and external stakeholders for comprehensive 360° activations
- Provide administrative support to the partnerships team, including managing meetings, taking minutes, processing invoices, addressing compliance issues, and scheduling
- Take independent responsibility for specific areas, such as watch orders and shipping, managing partnership materials, and liaising with partners
- Actively participate in global events and partnership activations throughout the year, including on-site support and execution
HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE JOURNEY.
- Education in marketing/communication or similar, first professional experience in a relevant area with strong organisational skills is a plus
- Team player with strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure reliably
- Great attention to detail and understanding of luxury
- Fluent in English (with excellent written and verbal communication) is a must, German and other languages are an advantage
