JOB TITLE                                               Sales Supervisor

 

 

Directly reporting to                                  Operations Assistant Manager

 

 

MAIN PURPOSE

 

Sales Supervisor, as part of the retail team, supports one of the most critical departments as the main link to support ongoing business growth while adhering to all Maison and Richemont policies and procedures.

The Sales Supervisor’s role is to oversee daily sales operations with the Retail operations assistant manager and ensure that the sales team is performing all their tasks efficiently and effectively

This individual also works with the Maison + Richemont local for the operational process of Partner Retail and Ecom and overall CRC related supports.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Retail Operations

·  Evaluate Operations in the stores on a regular basis and ensure all store standards are in place and aligned to Maison and Richemont Global standards. Support and maintain high operational efficiency within stores
·  Provide prompt resolutions for store inquiries
·  Ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
·  Support all Local and Global retail operations projects partnering with Retail operations assistant manager
·  Develop tools and processes to enable efficient and effective day-to-day operations for upper field leadership.

 

E-Commerce

·  Main contact for local logistics to ensure quality performance for e-commerce
·  Ensure efficient internal communication on e-commerce operations among relevant teams in related teams in Maison Korea.
·  Liaison for stock movements where necessary with Retail team
·  Manage client satisfaction related to e-commerce activities: trouble shooting for potential issues on the platform, covering shipping and delivery, payment, anti-fraud, etc.

 

Boutique Projects

·  Follow up all M&R projects partnering with Retail operations assistant manager and channel managers

 

CRC

·  Liaise with the Client Relations Center Manager to define and implement action plans to meet the objectives in terms of turnover and services
·  Handling customer inquiries and complaints, and providing appropriate solutions
·  Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service

 

Reporting

·  Assist in qualitative and quantitative monthly reporting on the operations performance, and sales analysis

 

 

QUALIFIACTIONS

·  Proven experience in retail operations or a similar role in sales
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·  Sales, service and result oriented
·  Strong time management, analytical and organizational skills
·  Entrepreneurial with a can-do spirit, innovative and team oriented
·  Proactivity in project management and priorities driven
·  Effective problem-solving skills
·  Ability to collaborate and influence people in a complex matrix and multicultural environment
·  Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
