業務内容 -イベントや広告を提案し、最大限の顧客認知度を高めるため、お客様との関係性を常に高める -ブティックの在庫を管理・商品ニーズの把握 -ブティック業務：配送、修理、セキュリティー管理などを適切に行う -チームの理解と企業の方針と手順の遵守 -本社からのヴィジュアルの指示を守り、適切なブランディングを実行できるようにする -ブティック内外においてブランドの一員であることを意識できるようにする

求めている人材：

• 高級商材業界にて、3年間以上のマネジメント経験のある方 （時計・宝飾など高級商材以外にも、高級車、ホテル、アパレル、レストラン等幅広い業界でのマネジメント経験をお持ちの方も募集）
• 一般教養のある方
• ラグジュアリーサービスの感覚を持ち合わせている方
• 結果を出し、行動力があり、企業家的精神のある方
• リーダー資質で、対人関係能力がある方
• 分析力および組織能力のある方
• コミュニケーション力およびネットワーク構築力のある方_
• 英語力あれば尚可
