YOUR MISSION:
Develop and implement the payroll and admin strategy in the assigned scope that aligns with the Group HR strategy and long-term business objectives of the assigned organizational unit(s).

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

- Lead and manage various Scrum teams and Scrum of Scrums meetings on Agile projects, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Interface with product owners and other stakeholders to minimize distractions for the development teams, fostering a focused and productive work environment.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove obstacles, and enable problem-solving, collaboration, and conflict resolution to ensure optimal work delivery by development teams on medium-sized projects.
- Plan and replan software releases for medium-sized projects to ensure timely updates and deliver planned benefits as early as possible.
- Review and reprioritize the backlog of work for small projects, optimizing resource deployment to reduce costs and increase value delivered to the business.
- Drive a culture of innovation by creating multistakeholder solutions that enhance creativity, innovation, and collaboration across business units, such as idea generation platforms, jam sessions, and hackathons.
- Manage and deliver end-to-end digital programs and initiatives, leveraging agile and design-thinking principles to drive sustainable implementation.
- Identify and evaluate risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with projects, escalating matters where appropriate and developing solutions to overcome these concerns.
- Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats, working independently to provide actionable insights.
- Assign short-term work schedules to team members to achieve expectations while adhering to established timelines.
- Support the deployment and effective utilization of project resources through delegated activities.
- Contribute to the production of workstream and project plans that identify and organize all activities needed to deliver project objectives, ensuring compliance with the organization's project management framework.
- Develop and propose performance objectives, taking appropriate actions to ensure achievement, and using the organization's performance management systems to improve personal and team performance.
- Participate in assessment and development planning activities, formal and informal training, and coaching to enhance personal capabilities and maintain professional accreditation.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level required.
- Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised.
- Experience in general supervision of more junior colleagues.
