For our Visual Merchandising team in Panerai HQ based in Milan we are looking for the ideal candidate to cover the role of Stock analysis and Purchasing Planning intern.
The candidate will have the opportunity to work in an international context and to learn purchase operations and planning of POS and gift materials, coordination of suppliers, analyse stock and consumption to right size orders, contribution to procurement & compliance requests, follow logistics operations, analyse Group reports and contribute to follow and maintain Group guidelines and KPI’s.
How will you make an impact
The Stock Analysis & Purchasing Planning Intern will support the VM Project Manager in:
· Analyzing Visual Merchandising display materials stock (central and local) and creating action plans under the guidance of the team.
· Forecasting orders of display materials at a worldwide level.
· Analyzing worldwide consumption to prevent overstocking, running out of stock, and right-sizing orders.
· Exchanging and cooperating with subsidiaries for feedback and guidance on stocks and orders.
· Contacting Suppliers directly to ensure on-time deliveries and for the tender process.
· Creating reports and .ppt presentations.
· Helping the team to strictly follow the retro-planning for display materials production to ensure on-time deliveries.
· Working on Panerai Sustainability by optimizing weight, material, and packaging of display materials.
· Maintaining SAP Purchasing orders, reference creation, and supplier creation.
How will you experience success
· Internship starting date: 23rd of june
· Degree in Economics or Management or Management Engineering
· Able to activate a curricular Internship
· Very good English knowledge. French is a plus.
· Detailed knowledge with the Windows and Office environment (advanced excel)

Interview process
1st Stage – After your application has been selected, our recruitment team will reach out to you within 2 weeks to conduct an introductory call
2nd Stage – Interview with VM Project Manager and our HR department.
3rd Stage - An additional interview with peers may be necessary.
