A collaborative team player, you work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. You actively develop your team through hands-on training and exposure to a variety of activities, preparing them for future responsibilities within the Maison.

 

What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to the Head of Operations & Distribution, you will oversee sales administration for the region, ensuring the smooth flow of valuable and non-valuable logistics in line with business needs. You will lead a team to implement Group and Maison procedures across all operations and maintain a strong customer-centric approach throughout. To that extent, you will: 

·  Translate client insights into actionable strategies to drive recruitment, retention, and loyalty across the UAE market
·  Ensure accurate database segmentation and optimize client selection for targeted activations
·  Champion full adoption and optimization of CRM tools and dashboards to enhance business intelligence
·  Collaborate cross-functionally and lead your team with clarity, prioritization, and continuous development
