HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As an HR Business Partner in Richemont Iberia, you will:
· Ensure business and staff proximity by establishing trustful relationships
· Deliver Human Resources Management activities, from on-boarding to off-boarding, including all legal requirements
· Implement HR processes, policies, and tools according to Group practices
· Provide functional support, collaborating with the payroll provider for efficient execution and reporting
· Maintain and update HR-related databases including HR administration, time management, social insurances
· Supporting internal requirements, such as ensuring the proper completion and submission of reports, namely budgeting and headcount reporting.
· Attending employee enquiries and requests related to Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and Tax
· Ensure timely HR administration and compliance
· Provide advice and coaching to Managers and Employees on HR related matters
· Facilitate recruitment strategy, ensuring the Talent Acquisition process reflects our values and guiding principles. Partner with Hiring Managers and our Talent Acquisition Partners to ensure we attract and hire perfectly suitable candidates whose talent, competencies and experience support the business needs.
· Support People Development across the organisation together with our Managers and ensure upskilling
· Manage specific projects and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives
· Develop strong connections with the teams to have a clear overview of the key people topics to build the appropriate action plans and successfully deliver results
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?
· You have experience as an HR Admin and Generalist role, with a recognized University degree.
· You have confirmed knowledge on Spanish Labor Law and HR practices, experience in end-to-end recruitment, and a general understanding of HR lifecycle/HR best practices. Governmental institution knowledge is a strong asset.
· You are a self-starter, quick learner, fast thinker, fantastic team player and an autonomous person.
· You are curious, creative and have a continuous improvement mindset.
· Fluent Spanish and English is a must. Any other language you will most probably be able to practice in our international environment.
· Legal background and in-house experience in an international company is an asset, as is any technology/data related experience, education or passion.
