What are we expecting from you?
· Inventory management: You will orchestrate the assortment planning for all sales channels and boutiques. You will maintain and monitor inventory level and representativeness to meet the product assortment and model stock defined and plan and develop merchandising strategies that elevate clients’ experiences and Maison’s objectives. You will lead stock operation for the projects, events, ad-hoc tasks by offering accurate information and proactive action plans and secure right stock level and quality to maximize sales opportunity by collaborating with different stakeholders.
· Analysis & Data management: You will analyze sales and stock on regular basis and prepare and run meetings. You will provide quantitative and qualitative feedbacks to make action plans as business needs.
· Logistic operation management: You will monitor allocation and replenishment status and gate keeper for all stock transfer handled under regulation, intercommunicating related stake holder and logistic team. You will play a key user role in SCM and stock operation process set up for any new system and process development and implementation and overview product quality control to maintain sellable stock condition: defective stock control, product information control. You will also lead continuous improvement of processes and systems seeking for efficiency.
· Compliance management: You will ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ethical standards in all aspects of supply chain operations. You will control staff purchase and staff consignment.
· People management: You will manage and mentor a merchandising team and lead the team by the example.
