MAIN PURPOSE
The Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring a smooth replenishment process and providing excellent customer service for our Boutiques, Specialist POS and Partners, as well as supporting the Marketing and Commercial Teams

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Key responsibility 1 – Merchandising, Sales & Operations
· Responsible for proper and in-time replenishment of the Boutiques/POS
· Responsible for processing orders, allocations, and confirmations for his/her territory
· Responsible for the coordination of firm orders in collaboration with Cartier Operations
· Partners with the commercial team to anticipate the demand in the region.
· Actively monitors the stock and sales to identify opportunities.
· Ensures proper merchandising via the Assortments settings and weekly replenishment
· Suggests, implements, and monitors the launch of Novelties according to the Maison strategy
· Coordinates transfers and stock balancing between Boutiques (when applicable)
· Coordinates consignments and transfers for Externals (when applicable)
· Key responsibility 2 - Brand Ambassadorship
· Responsible for being the first point of contact for clients (Boutiques, Specialist POS, Partners) as a key operational link in the supply chain and ensure excellent service.
