Job description:

·  Exposure to marketing function, including but not limited to PR & Communications, Digital and CRM activities
·  To support PR events, and coordinate with related internal and external parties for event implementation and all collateral (PLV, gifts, invitations, etc.)
·  To develop event book and related event documents / materials
·  To source for and explore new vendors (e.g. catering, calligrapher, photographer, videographer etc.)
·  To maintain press material database/archives
·  To monitor press coverage, share daily and special clippings in a timely manner and be responsible for editorial valuations and clipping books
·  Assist input of CRM data collected at exhibition and ensure of data accuracy

 

Requirement:

·  Excellent networking, communication and presentation skills and a good team player
·  Strong sense of responsibility, creative, organized and detail-minded
·  Well command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
·  3 months internship, flexible on Part-time/Full-time basis
·  Immediately available candidate highly preferred
