1) Activities:
Strategic Planning & review
- Develop and implement both short-term and long-term Marcom strategies supporting a managing director
- Partner with a commercial director ensuring quality 360 marketing orchestration to support the business
- Review and improve monthly and annual MarComm plan
- Analyze the implementations of all MarComm strategies and campaign KPIs
- Market intelligence
Budget Management
- Build A&P budget (media, PR, event, client treatment etc.)
- Track and manage monthly, quarterly, yearly A&P
- Responsible for external vendors and agencies procurement
Digital & Media
- Annual media planning and strategy development
- Supervise media execution and KPI achievement
- Co-work with a designated media agency
Public Relations
- Secure a close relationship with key media, KOL, local artist community
- Plan strategic PR and KOL initiatives
Brand Experience (VM, SDP, Event)
- Ensure quality of all the brand experience elements including VM, SDP, Event
- Propose annual event calendar to support commercial KPIs
- Supervise pre/post event report and KPI achievement
Team Leadership
- Set clear guidance, directions & objectives to each team members
- Empower the team and be a role model based on IWC values
- Develop all team members skillsets, leadership and competencies and prepare talent pipelines
2) Requirement:
- Min. 15 years of professional retail marketing & communication experience in high-end retail industry with at least 3 years in leadership position (luxury watch and jewelry, fashion is a plus)
- Strong strategic planning and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills both in Korean and English
- Solid local network with strong knowledge of luxury industry in Korea
- Hands-on management skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders
