Job description
Join the growing Vacheron marketing team on a 12 month contract!
Trade Marketing
· POSM Management
· Handles the yearly ordering of POS materials for all boutiques/POS.
· Ensure timely dispatch of POSM to regional markets, supporting both regular replenishment and new rollouts.
· Maintain stock labels and inventory records; coordinate with logistics and warehouse team
· Market Support. Provide support to boutique/POS teams, ensuring proper implementation of POS materials
Visual Merchandising
· Support the trade marketing manager for HQ Animation Rollouts. Implement visual merchandising animations and campaigns across all markets in line with HQ creative direction and seasonal calendars.
· VM Kit Management. Coordinate timely ordering of VM kits from HQ for all markets, ensuring availability and readiness before the implementation
· Logistics Coordination. Manage the dispatch of VM kits to global markets using SAP, tracking deliveries and liaising with partners to ensure on-time execution.
Gifting
· Oversee the full dispatch process of gifting items to markets, coordinating with logistics teams, warehouses and external partners.
Events Support
· Supports with the technical and logistical aspects in events: internal and external (Marketing activation calendar, management seminar, team building…)
· Identify and monitor competitive activity, market trends and new formats (booking platform, interactive content, digital tools, etc)
PR and Media Support
· Ensure PR list is updated and consolidated
· Ensure “influentials” list is updated and consolidated
· Coordinate the distribution of giftings (birthdays, Ramadan etc..)
· Preparation of team monthly meetings recap of PR and Media value
· Ensure accurate translation of brand material in Arabic in line with the brand tone of voice
· Ensure dispatch of significant magazine coverage to boutiques
