HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Working as part of the Purdey Marketing Team and based in the Purdey Royal Berkshire Shooting School, the Marketing & Communications Executive will play a vital role in driving customer engagement through marketing campaigns for the Purdey Royal Berkshire Shooting School. They will be responsible for the management of Digital Marcomms campaigns, direct communication via client databases and sourcing new business both locally and nationally. The successful candidate will be highly organised, client focused and have a desire to drive sales through carefully planned marketing strategies.
This includes the following activities:
· Manage Digital campaigns: content creation, coordinate scheduling and deployment, ensuring seamless execution
· Digital content plan - design & development: construct compelling email and digital content aligned with Purdey branding guidelines.
· Maintain the email marketing calendar, manage drop dates, and plan targeted campaigns.
· Consumer-Led and Insight-driven approach, including Data Analysis & Optimisation across channel mix.
· Audience and client growth through direct communication and targeted initiatives.
· Manage all social media channels to increase following and promote PRB offering, including Community Management and Engagement activity
· Generate weekly and monthly reports to track channel performance and offer recommendations.
· Work closely with the Purdey Marketing team to ensure alignment and co-ordination on all platforms.
· Assist in day to day administration of the Marketing & Events department when required.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
· Previous experience in marketing and communications, including email marketing.
· Substantial experience in managing Digital campaigns (content creation, design, analytics) and online communities, luxury brand preferred.
· Graphic design skillset in creating content using canva or other equivalent design tools.
· Proficiency in Digital Media (eg Instagram, FB, Google Analytics) plus MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
· Analytical skills and experience, data driven approach to decision making.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong project management skills for handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
· A client-centric approach to communication with a pro-active attitude to developing a wide reach.
