YOUR MISSION:
Reporting to the Senior Supply Chain Manager, the LACC/POSM Supply Chain Manager oversees the supply chain planning for Leather Goods, Accessories, Fragrances, and POSM categories. In this role, the Manager ensures that supply, allocation decisions, stock targets, and operational flows are fully aligned with the Maison’s strategic direction.
The role requires strong agility to seamlessly shift between hands-on operational tasks and high-level strategic oversight. The Manager will supervise and integrate all activities across demand, supply, and distribution planning, as well as execution functions, covering all business networks.
Leveraging strong analytical capabilities and deep category expertise, the Manager provides timely insights and informed recommendations to management and key internal stakeholders. With a constant focus on efficiency and optimization, the Manager will lead innovation, drive change, and champion continuous improvement within the LACC/POSM supply chain—supporting the Maison’s organizational transformation and contributing to operational excellence and maximizing client satisfaction.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supply & Demand Planning
Provide leadership and direction to the Supply & Demand Planner across forecasting, distribution, and allocation of LACC/POSM categories, covering Cartier Retail boutiques, Duty Free, and E-commerce channels
Ensure the team consistently meets evolving client needs through 360° monitoring—from forecast to delivery stock to sales, stock rebalancing, analysis & recommendations to secure optimal stock availability at the BTQ level
Oversee product assortment sizing for all stores based on their specific profiles and reference-level needs, aligned with defined BTQ typologies, KPIs, and HQ guidelines
Support S&D planner for Novelty distribution on time, in collaboration with HQ & MKT
Stock Management & Compliance
Ensure optimal stock availability at store level, respecting seasonal in/out cycles and securing on-time supply for S1/S2 for LACC
Monitor and project inventory levels; manage excess inventory and execute effective depletion plans, and conduct stock rebalancing between BTQs to maximize stock availability & sell out
Provide accurate and timely information to business partners to secure supply and anticipate potential stock constraints
Supervise the Stock Coordinator to ensure on-time stock support for events and promotions, including inter-boutique transfers and supply coordination with RDC
Coordinate with the local Richemont Import/Compliance team for Fragrances and POSM to ensure full adherence to local regulatory and compliance requirements
Team Management
Provide leadership to engage, guide, and motivate the team to achieve key performance objectives through effective teamwork and streamlined processes
Identify key team competencies and build structured learning and development plans to support growth and capability enhancement
Inspire and empower the team by leveraging a creative culture, introducing and embedding relevant new tools, and driving initiatives that improve overall efficiency and maximize time spent on value-added tasks
Reporting & Business Intelligence
- Design relevant reporting dashboards leveraging the latest technologies (Power BI, Google Looker, etc.)
- Proactively communicate supply chain analytics needs to the Data & Digital Solution teams to enhance business understanding and support continuous evolution

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
KEY COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree required
10+ years of experience in Supply Chain; minimum 2 years of team management experience
Fluent in Korean and English; French proficiency is a plus
Advanced Excel skills; experience with Anaplan, Power BI, and Google Looker preferred
ERP experience required; SAP experience strongly preferred
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to manage complexity
Excellent time management and prioritization; able to work under pressure
Proactive, self-motivated, quick learner with a positive attitude
Strong analytical and commercial mindset
Good communicator and collaborative team player
