Junior Finance Controller - 6 months contract

Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Controller to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will gain a comprehensive understanding of finance tasks across various areas of the business, making this an ideal role for someone looking to develop a broad skillset in a supportive environment.

  Main Responsibilities:

·  Participate in the development of budgets and forecasts with our Markets
·  Participate in the monthly and annual closing of accounts.
·  Monitor expenses and variances against budget.
·  Conduct financial analysis and reporting.
·  Contribute to the improvement of management tools and procedures.
·  Participate in the monthly and annual closing of accounts.
·  Assist the Senior International Controller in their daily tasks.

  Profile Required:

·  Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management Control.
·  Solid foundation in general and analytical accounting.
·  Business partnership skills and strong communicator.
·  Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions).
·  Good level of English (written and spoken).
·  Rigorous, organized, analytical, and synthesis skills.
·  Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
·  Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively.
·  Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement within the finance function.

  Additional Assets:

·  First experience controlling or auditing.
·  Knowledge of a SAP in a plus.
