Job description

Be the representant of Jaeger LeCoultre towards our external partners , manage and activate a network of 20-30 point of sales.

Ensure the brand is well represented toward our wholesale partners.

Support our partners, ensure they have the level of training necessary to have staff that can deliver a seamless brand experience.

 

Job Description

·  Manage and activate a network of 20-30 Point of Sales (POS)
·  Propose additional relevant network development evolution
·  Achieve monthly and yearly sales objectives
·  Manage accounts; visit POS regularly, take care of replenishment and stock, apply brand guidelines; produce relevant reports on sales and backorders
·  Propose and implement a sell-out plan by account/pos including fairs and events calendar
·  Ensure the sales associates are properly trained and motivated, including putting in place incentive plan.
·  Take care of display according to brand VMD
·  Maximize brand visibility (negotiation with dealer/department store)
·  Participate to team meetings and activities
·  Reports to the Commercial Director

 

Requirements

·  Being customer centric
·  Wholesale experience mandatory (minimum roughly 3 years)
·  Experience in luxury products and/or watch industry a plus but not mandatory
·  Business network with department store (Gaisho), distributors, etc. a plus
·  Excellent communication skills
·  Native level Japanese, Business level English is required
·  Numerical skills, excel proficiency mandatory
·  Pro-active and problem solving mindset, committed and self-motivated
·  Be a team player

 

Others

·  Frequent business trips (domestic weekly, 1-2 times overseas)
·  Product training will be provided
·  Starting date November 1st
