Internal Controls and Project Manager

(Permanent, Full-Time)

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

To manage and supervise the Stock Control team and Internal Controls Specialist within the Richemont Finance Department, ensuring strong internal control and project management across all business areas, in a fast-paced environment.  The role will be a key point of contact for all management matters relating to the team's responsibilities.

 

Key responsibilities:

·  Team Management: Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the Stock Controllers and Internal Controls Specialist. Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs, and foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
·  Process Oversight : Oversee and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of all processes within the Retail Back Office and Internal Controls function, including stock control, financial reporting, and internal audit procedures. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
·  Project Management: Manage and deliver projects related to process improvement, system upgrades, and internal control enhancements. This includes planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting on project progress.
·  Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including boutique management, brand representatives, and other relevant departments. Effectively communicate updates and address concerns.
·  Internal Controls: Ensure compliance with all relevant internal control policies and procedures. Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify and mitigate risks. Collaborate with the Head of RFBO and Internal Controls on the implementation of new controls and improvements.
·  Reporting & Analysis: Review and analyse regular reports generated by the team, identifying trends and potential issues. Prepare and present reports to senior management as required.
·  Audit Support: Support the team in responding to internal and external audits. Ensure that all necessary documentation and information is readily available.
·  Continuous Improvement & Digitalisation: Proactively identify areas for improvement within existing processes and lead on the implementation of change initiatives, including the automation of processes and the adoption of digitalisation strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

Technical Skills/Abilities:

·  Proven experience in managing teams within a finance or audit environment.
·  Strong understanding of internal controls and audit procedures.
·  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
·  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
·  Experience with project management methodologies.
·  Experience in leading process improvement and digitalisation initiatives.

·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·  Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
