HR Project Consultant - 3-month TEMP - MEIAT

Job description
Amidst the current organizational optimization project, the HR Project Consultant’s role is to comprehensively review the overall structure of each team, existing job descriptions across the organization, create new job descriptions where needed, and ensure alignment with current roles and responsibilities, differentiating between Regional Office and Market-specific functions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ways of Working Guidelines: Regional vs. Market Differentiation
Clearly distinguish between similar roles in the Regional Office and individual Markets, highlighting specific responsibilities and requirements for each.
2. Job Description Review
Analyze current job descriptions for accuracy, completeness, and relevance. Identify gaps and areas for improvement.
3. Job Description Creation
Conduct interviews with job holders and their managers to gather detailed information about roles, responsibilities, and required skills. Draft new job descriptions in accordance with company standards and best practices.
4. Documentation & Organization
Maintain organized records of all reviewed and created job descriptions.
5. Collaboration
Work closely with HR team members and other stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment.
6. Reporting
Provide regular updates on project progress and key findings.
7. Richemont Dynamic Organization
Identify baseline and KPI’s by function and country. Assess the partnership of Richemont vs. Maison. Support the decision on additional FTEs.
Qualifications & Experience
· Proven experience in Human Resources.
· Strong understanding of job analysis and job description development.
· Excellent interviewing and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Experience working in a global organization with regional and market-specific roles is a plus.
