HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Reporting to the UK HR Director, the HR Business Partner supports dedicated Maisons represented by Richemont UK.

The UK HR BP will own the overall Talent Strategy and Workforce Planning strategies for their businesses to enable the execution of the overall commercial strategy. This covers all elements of Talent Acquisition, Talent Transformation and Development, Talent Engagement, Reward and Performance Management.  The role requires an experienced professional with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present people strategies to leaders driven by metrics and analysis, whilst also being comfortable with operating in a hands-on manner.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·  Work closely with business leaders and Maisons HR teams to compile and implement an HR strategy that is employee centric, and analysis and data driven to enable the implementation of overall commercial and people strategies.
·  Being a collaborator with the other HRBPs within the UK businesses on a number of annual projects in employee relations, talent development and L&D.
·  Working with UK HRD and UK Employment Legal team, ensure the relevance of HR policy as aligned to business requirements and legal compliance
·  Ensure that pipeline management, people forecasting, and resourcing are aligned to the strategic workforce planning model and processes.
·  Partnering with UK and Maisons L&D, ensure that learning and development strategies are aligned with business objectives.
·  Compile, develop and present monthly reports and HR metrics to manage the HR calendar, identify potential trends, and address concerns and to manage resources.
·  Act as coach and advisor to local leaders and target the development of future leaders.
·  Be the active culture leader to local leaders and employees to ensure Richemont UK continues to be a collaborative and inclusive community.
·  Drive talent/succession planning and organisational structure through Talent Reviews, with businesses.
·  Support leadership on employee communications to support engagement and an understanding of business direction and performance
·  Work with the senior leadership team to develop the right organisation design and implementation actions to transformation.

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

·  CIPD and/or BA degree preferred
·  Solid experience in HR Management/ HR BP role within international matrix organisations
·  Experience with retail as an advantage
·  Strong knowledge of UK ER management 
·  Experience using analytical reporting tools to aid the HR agenda
·  Experience using Workday preferred
·  Ability to work in a fast pace environment, both: autonomously and as a team member
·  Strong interpersonal skills, ability to establish trustworthy relationships with employees and stakeholders
