Job description
Buccellati is an Italian jewellery, high-jewellery and silversmithing Maison founded in 1919, admired in the world for its craftmanship and the uniqueness of its creations. Activities:
- Graphic content production for print, OOH and digital advertising, including store windows, hoardings, digital screens and in-store communication materials, in line with brand identity and corporate guidelines.
- Support in the creative development, design, production and adaptation of print and digital assets (static and interactive), such as invitations, catalogues, publications, gifting materials, corporate stationery and branded collateral.
- Daily collaboration with Buccellati’s global offices, managing graphic requests, adapting layouts for different markets and ensuring visual consistency across regions.
- Creation and editing of videos and motion content using still-life and campaign imagery for digital platforms, social media and outdoor advertising.
- Support to Events, PR, Digital and Heritage teams in daily activities, including creative content development, product shootings, image post-production, resizing for e-commerce platforms, basic video editing and event-related materials.
- Assistance in the organization, coordination and logistics of still lives product shootings for advertising campaigns and special projects, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
- Management and archiving of print and digital assets using dedicated platforms, ensuring proper file naming, versioning and organization by product, collection and campaign.
- Creation of digital cards, visual assets and graphic materials for festivities, launches, brand milestones and key communication moments.
- Regular communication with external suppliers and printers, providing technical guidelines, checking layouts, formats and color consistency in accordance with brand standards.
- Support in the quality control of visual outputs, ensuring accuracy, coherence and attention to detail before final release or publication.
- Contribution to the development of creative concepts and visual proposals, including moodboards and presentations, for internal reviews and brainstorming sessions.
- Availability to support the Communication Team during special events and brand activations throughout the year (e.g. Design Week, exhibitions, launches and other key moments).
Profile:
- Degree in Graphic Design or similar.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, After Effects – or Premiere Pro) – a practical test will be held during the interview.
- Rhinoceros, Keyshot and rendering software will be a plus.
- Fluent in English. French and other languages will be a plus.
- Creative, interested in visual arts/graphic communication and luxury.
- Team working will be a must.
- Goal-oriented, precise and committed, with a positive attitude.
