YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a passionate individual in integrated media and measurement to join our HQ Geneva-based team as a Global Integrated Media Manager. Reporting to the Head of Media and Digital Communication, this role will be responsible for leading and deploying the media strategy guidelines for the Maison, enhancing media planning capabilities, and ensuring excellence in delivery. The successful candidate will lead the annual media briefing and the holistic implementation of our global media strategy across all channels, both offline and online, in our top 15 markets. Furthermore, they will lead the development of advertising guidelines, ensure their flawless implementation, and manage our production agency for timely and quality delivery of all creative assets. This role also entails owning the Integrated Measurement agenda and global learning plan, fostering innovation across Print, OOH, and Digital channels, and linking with partners and our data & insights capability teams.
PLAYING YOUR PART
Global Media Strategy & Execution
- You will lead the 360 media strategy and global media guidelines
- You will co-lead the annual integrated media brief to markets
- You will oversee the execution of global media campaigns across channels, while driving transformation through building a community of practice with local Media Champions
Agency, Partner, and Stakeholder Management
- You will act as the primary lead for WPP Media, holding the agency accountable for quality of recommendations and excellence in delivery
- You will manage opportunities and special operations projects with all media partners
- You will oversee the advertising production agency and act as a partner to the Maison Press Relations team
Investment & Performance
- You will own the integrated measurement agenda and innovation learning plan across all channels, partnering with the Group
- You will co-manage & optimise the global media budget with the rest of the Media & Digital Communication team, ensuring maximum ROI
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?
Success in this role will require
- A solid experience in Global and Local media roles on the client side, media and luxury industry understanding
- Proven record of managing agencies and partners and building effective partnerships
- Leadership and ability to connect across the Maison
- Drive transformation through building a community of practice with local Media Champions
- Strong in teamwork, highly collaborative, with strong sense of ownership
- Strategic and critical thinker with innovative spirit and creativity
- Fluency in English and French
