What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to the Communication Director, you will supervise the events strategy and ensure its successful implementation, in alignment with the strategic objectives outlined for event projects. You will ensure all initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with the Maison’s standards. To that extent, you will: 

·  Work closely with each market to develop an event strategy in line with the global and regional strategic plan, guide and support markets in executing their event activities, implement and monitor project timelines, remove roadblocks, and communicate changes as appropriate;
·  Lead and oversee the development, organization, execution, and results of the events, take ownership of the overall events budget and track its evolution while leveraging relationships with vendors;
·  Manage, coach, and inspire the direct team members by effectively prioritizing workloads, providing clear directions, and supporting their ongoing development opportunities.
