Lead Group Business Continuity

 

CONTEXT

 

As the Lead Group Business Continuity, reporting directly to the Group Resilience, Crisis and Business Continuity Director, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing Richemont's business continuity strategy. Operating within the 2nd line of defense (LOD), you will lead the coordination of business continuity efforts across our global organization, including all Maisons and Regions. 

This pivotal role involves providing expert guidance and advisory services to the business and stakeholders, ensuring resilience is embedded in our operations, critical assets and processes are identified, and business continuity requirements are consistently met. You will champion initiatives to define and deploy processes, enhance awareness, and leverage technologies to strengthen our business continuity posture across the end-to-end value chain, from manufacturing to retail and beyond. A high degree of leadership and collaboration with senior stakeholders is essential. 

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? 
You are directly responsible for the following:

·  Define, create and continuously maintain the Group Business Continuity strategy, policy, standards and framework aligned with overall Group Security strategy
·  Build-up and maintain business continuity capabilities across all Maisons, Regions and entities within the Group, as per risk appetite
·  Design and implement a process to identify critical activities, key processes, related business interruption risks and associated single points of failure, via Business Impact Analysis (BIA)
·  Elaborate and lead business continuity maturity assessments
·  Define appropriate continuity measures and support the 1LOD to implement and test business continuity plans (BCPs)
·  Engage and animate a global business continuity committee and promote the sharing of best practices
·  Build strong relationship with internal stakeholders, key providers and other relevant stakeholders
·  Identify business needs in terms of business continuity tools and lead their implementation
·  Provide business continuity expert support and guidance to other areas within the Group

 

You are supporting the following:

·  Crisis management activities, including the design, preparation and delivery of crisis exercises, and responding to crisis
·  IT BCM program, partnering with Group Platform on building and enhancing technology resiliency
·  Security awareness colleagues in designing sessions and materials related to business continuity
·  Track, report and improve on business continuity maturity and objectives for every Entity (including the Maisons, Group Functions and Regions)
·  Group Functions to ensure resilience by design and that business continuity best practices are properly and systematically embedded within business and enterprise applications, services, platforms, and processes
·  Budget planning responsibilities for business continuity as part of Group Resilience, Crisis and Continuity budget

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated level of experience and proficiency in the following:

·  Proven experience in managing a business continuity program, including establishing policy, processes and framework
·  Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, including the ability to adapt and communicate effectively toward different types of audiences, at different hierarchical levels, including C-level
·  Master at least one of the industries recognized common business continuity management framework and have crisis management know-how
·  Industry recognised security certifications are a plus (e.g., CBCI, CBCP, MBCP, ISO 22301 etc.)
·  Familiar with risk management and information technology
·  Proven experience in delivering continuity to the business value chain such as business processes, manufacturing, IT, logistics, transport, distribution, retail
·  Act as a business partner and service minded
·  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
·  Strong collaborative mindset
·  Experience working in large, multi-tiers and international environments is a plus
