HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? 

 

In a team of five, the European Spare Parts Coordinator is responsible for the follow-up of European spare parts stock and distribution and to guarantee deliveries with high service level (accuracy and lead-time) to repair platforms, boutiques and other partners for 10 of the Group Maisons.  

Key responsibilities: 

 

· 
Coordinate the spare parts distribution to European repair platforms, boutiques, and partners 

· 
Follow-up stock KPIs and ensure performance within SLA 

· 
Ensure delivery to repair platforms, boutiques, and other partners within SLA 

· 
Point of contact for special requests, operations 

· 
Manage the spare parts stock and follow-up the replenishment process  

· 
Ensure replenishment orders are correctly and timely created 

· 
Communicate of delays and spare parts availability 

· 
Monitor spare parts returns process and coordinate with the Maisons 

· 
Follow-up and manage delays with the Maisons 

· 
Review the model stock positions regularly and maintain good stock quality 

· 
Continuous seeking for ways to improve our processes 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? 

 

· 
Bachelor's or master's degree 

· 
Previous experience in an office environment 

· 
Excellent communication skills at all levels and ability to work in a team 

· 
Good analytical skills, agility, organization and rigor 

· 
Great Excel skills are mandatory 

· 
Customer service orientation 

· 
English fluency is mandatory and fluency in Dutch and/or French is a plus 

· 
SAP knowledege is an advantage
