ENTERTAINMENT & INFLUENCE PROJECT MANAGER (CDD)
Within our PR & Entertainment department, reporting to the Entertainment & Influence Senior Manager, the Entertainment & Influence Project Manager supports the Entertainment & Influence team across Cartier’s Influence, Entertainment and Corporate talent initiatives, ensuring smooth coordination across key activations. This role plays a key role in research, logistics, and relationship management, helping to track and implement strategic activations across global markets. This role will also work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive impactful visibility, as well as support entertainment efforts for Central and locally driven events.
Key responsibilities:
· Support Global Influence Strategy Execution : Assist in the day-to-day coordination of Influence initiatives, ensuring seamless implementation across markets. Manage timelines, deliverables, and interdepartmental follow-through to support a cohesive global approach.
· Entertainment & Influencer Activations : Track and support high-visibility entertainment and influencer-driven initiatives. Coordinate logistics and liaise with talent representatives and internal teams across gifting programs, content creation, social posting, dressings, and event attendance. Assist in identifying strategic profiles for key moments and ensure premium on-site treatment.
· Local Market Management : Serve as a key liaison for local markets, guiding execution of regional tastemaker strategies. Organize regular calls to review upcoming activations, provide feedback, share best practices, coordinate logistics, and monitor performance and consistency with global objectives.
· Facilitate Entertainment Partnerships : Support the development and execution of entertainment-driven opportunities, ensuring alignment with Cartier’s brand image, PR goals, and client priorities. Assist in identifying relevant entertainment profiles and partnership moments. Oversee coordination across internal teams and local markets, including talent logistics, on-site management, contract tracking, and overall partnership execution to ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
· Cartier Watch Community Oversight: Support the presence of tastemakers within the Cartier Watch Community platform. Act as the point of contact between marketing, editorial, press teams, and talent. Lead on identifying profiles, managing creative briefings, coordinating product loans, ensuring content approvals, and tracking overall visibility.
· Dressings & Gifting Coordination : Lead the coordination of dressings and gifting initiatives for all HQ-led activations. Manage the full process including lookbook circulation, profile selections, logistics, and follow-up. Oversee execution of seasonal gifting campaigns, such as the end-of-year Nécessaire à Parfum program — from target list creation to final delivery. Ensure consistency with global strategy and maintain a high standard of treatment across all touchpoints.
· Operational & Administrative Support : Manage key operational processes including contract coordination, reporting, budget tracking, and calendar oversight. Ensure all Influence and entertainment initiatives are executed efficiently and aligned with broader brand goals.
· Corporate Talent Program Support : Contribute to the talent and influencer strategy for global corporate initiatives such as Cartier Women’s Initiative, the Cartier Art Foundation, and branded podcast projects. Provide executional and strategic support as needed.
· Talent & Industry Research : Monitor global trends, cultural moments, and talent shifts. Compile research and insights to inform ongoing strategy and identify emerging opportunities for influence and brand alignment.
Profile
Following a degree in Communication or Business School, you bring a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience to the role.
You are a proactive and highly organized individual, demonstrating flexibility and a solution-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment. You possess strong prioritization skills and thrive in a collaborative team setting, contributing a positive and supportive team spirit.
You possess strong communication skills with meticulous attention to detail. You are proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Office, and Excel. You have a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and French is essential for this role.
