As a main point of contact for markets teams, your mission consists in piloting the distribution of Watches, Jewellery and Accessories (straps) and ensuring coordination of all stakeholders. The Distribution Coordinator is a key interface between markets, headquarter teams, suppliers and distribution centers to guarantee the respect of deadlines, in quantity and quality, optimize the stock and implement customer-oriented solutions to our supply chain flows.

Be the Go-To Expert : Manage market requests, providing insightful solutions and driving continuous improvement. 

· 
Support Brand Excellence: Ensure product availability for photoshoots and events, showcasing our brand's prestige. 

· 
Optimize and Innovate : Contribute to cost reduction, sustainability initiatives, and the development of new distribution flows. 

· 
Support Customer Satisfaction : Manage fim sales, special orders and urgent requests, ensuring timely responses and exceptional service. 

· 
Ensure Flawless Execution : Oversee distribution flows, guaranteeing accuracy and efficiency in coordination with our central warehouse. Expedite returns, consignments. 

Watches & Jewellery 

· 
Ensure correct and fair execution of the weekly Watches and Jewellery deployments to markets.  

· 
Analyze alerts and support stock allocations based on stock levels and priorities 

· 
Collaborate with distribution centers on volume projections and the implementation of new flows. 

· 
Coordinate the repair flow for Watches, as well as the topics related to quality and destructions. 

Accessories 

· 
Facilitate “Made to order” execution & coordinate distribution of tailor-made requests for accessories 

· 
Coordinate the non-Cites flows in system, ensuring timely implementation of novelties 

· 
Document and maintain distribution flows (Direct shipping, Europe flows, Reverse logistics) 

The exceptional skills we are looking for: 

· 
You have a first experience in a similar role 

· 
You have good knowledge of SAP operating modules, Advanced Excel and BI tools 

· 
You have good knowledge on PTP / OTC streams  

· 
You are fluent in French and English
