Digital Specialist Intern

Job description

We are seeking a Digital Specialist Intern to support our digital team, which manages our website, CRM, and social media channels, The position is based at our HQ in Geneva and for a 6 months duration, from August 2025 to February 2026. Our team is committed to delivering results and enhancing efficiency within the manufacturing.

Roles and responsibilities :

 

·  Webmastering and digital content:
·  Manage content and merchandising of the website: web product catalog, homepage, collections pages, landing pages…
·  Digital operations coordination: operational management of the website content integration (master pages creation in the CMS, assets creation/adaptation, etc.) in collaboration with internal Roger Dubuis departments, markets and agencies
·  Coordinates the content and organization of static and dynamics webpages in several different languages

·  Support & Coordination :
·  Support and assist Digital Managers in Applications projects delivery (including an Omnichannel Content Platform), facilitate collaboration between all stakeholders from technical partners, business, communication teams, and the execution of action plans
·  Coordination with market for request and delivery of contents
·  Testing & bug tracking: participation to the UAT phases for new website features, activations or communication tools.
