Boutique Assistant Manager - Audely House
(Permanent, Full time)
As Boutique Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Boutique Manager in overseeing all aspects of our Audley House boutique. You'll be responsible for ensuring a premium customer experience, driving sales performance, and fostering a positive and professional environment for our team.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT:

Customer Experience Champion: Deliver exceptional, personalised service to our clientele, assisting with product selection, styling advice, and special orders. Proactively address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns with grace and efficiency.

Team Leader & Mentor: Support the Boutique Manager in the recruitment, training and development of our talented team. Lead by example, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to cultivate a high-performance culture.

Sales Driver: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement with customers and a deep understanding of our products.
·
Operational Excellence: Assist with inventory management, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure the boutique operates smoothly and efficiently, adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Brand Ambassador: Embody the Purdey spirit and values, representing our brand with pride and professionalism at all times.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
·
Strong retail experience, ideally within a luxury or premium retail environment and in a supervisory role. Equivalent experience in high-end service industries will also be considered.
·
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
·
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
·
Familiarity with CRM systems and experience managing a VIP client book is a plus.
·
Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office (or equivalent).
·
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and remain composed under pressure.
·
Flexibility to work a schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
· Additional langauages a plus, especially Arabic
