HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

Are you passionate about e-Commerce? Are you inspired by the Maisons such as Cartier, IWC, Van Cleef & Arpels, Vacheron Constantin, Piaget, Panerai & Jaeger-Lecoultre?

 

Then join our dynamic e-Commerce Operations team! As our new intern, you will support the development of e-Commerce and daily operations.
1. You will analyze data and support the e-Commerce Operations Manager in forecasting e-commerce volume.
2. You will collaborate with Brands e-com managers in collecting the data to build operational plans.
3. You will support the organization in the Project portfolio management process.
4. You will develop a KPI E-com Operational Dashboard (using BI & SAP Analytics).
5. You will gain understanding of e-commerce, improving and end-to-end mapping e-com processes.

 
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

 

By being yourself and showing your passion for an exceptional customer experience, while demonstrating a pragmatic yet flexible attitude.
You are currently enrolled in an E-commerce, Retail, Operations Management, Supply Chain or Business Management University program and are available full-time, as of August/September, for a period of 6 or 12 months. You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English. With your strong analytical skills, you are an excellent organizer and enjoy driving change. Excel and MS Office are second nature to you, BI/Data Analysis knowledge is a plus. Ideally, you also have Process Mapping and Process Improvement experience.
While coordinating the different tasks, you like to take initiative and are pro-active. You are positive about your work and able to transmit this positivity to your colleagues, fostering a strong team-spirit.
