Key Responsibilities:
Dashboard & KPIs Review: support in monitoring CRM monthly performance; review and refine KPIs to align with business objectives through data visualization tools; provide support on ad-hoc market requests.
CRM Calendars: assist in CRM Campaign creation through Salesforce and monitoring the alignment of markets’ yearly event calendars.
Salesforce operational support: follow onboarding processes for new members; support in specific market requests mainly on store activations; provide assistance with one-to-many communications.
Newsletters & Customer Journeys: contribute to the design and optimization of Customer Journeys and ad-hoc Newsletter sendings.
Training: assist the team in Product and CRM training activities, mainly towards market counterparts and boutique staff.
Website catalogue management: support the team in uploading materials (products/descriptions) in the current PIM/DAM and keep the system aligned with current product offering.
Requirements:
Preferred previous experience in CRM, Clienteling, or Data Management within a retail or luxury environment.
Previous knowledge of Salesforce (mandatory).
Previous experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools (nice to have).
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Fluent in Italian and English; other languages are a plus.
