HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Lifecycle Program Assessment & Performance Analysis:
- Conduct a comprehensive audit of all current one-to-one, one-to-few & one-to-many Lifecycle Programs: Prospect, Client, Care, CS, Event and Celebrational Programs.
- Analyze the performance of each communication step, identify key metrics, successes and areas for optimization.
- Extract actionable insights and define strategic improvement areas.
Strategy & Optimization Definition:
- Define innovative opportunities to cultivate long-term Prospect & Client engagement and loyalty within the assessed Lifecycle Programs.
- Collaborate with 360° Brand Activation, CX and Product teams to design journeys across diverse audiences and channels.
- Re-define audience segmentation & prioritization strategies to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Orchestrate personalized one-to-one, one-to-few & one-to-many interactions across online and offline channels, including clienteling ceremonies.
- Leverage all relevant marketing content, tools & triggers to enhance client engagement.
Implementation & Coordination:
- Translate identified improvements & new strategies into concrete implementation plans.
- Collaborate with our external agency (RIC Campaign Factory) to ensure the testing and execution of all journeys within our omnichannel campaign management system.
Performance Measurement:
- Define & implement a robust tracking system to ensure the measurement of long-term engagement, conversion and repurchase patterns.
WHAT ABOUT YOU?
The ideal candidate will be analytical & data-driven, possess technical proficiencies in CRM capabilities, have a strong understanding of the luxury market & its client expectations and adopt a collaborative spirit. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders across Retail, Customer Experience, Brand Activation, Product Marketing & Digital Teams, as well as key Group stakeholders.
