CRM & Trade Marketing Trainee

Job description

How will you make an impact?



·  Operational support in managing the CRM platform (Salesforce): verification, analysis, and control of the database to optimize marketing and clienteling activities.
·  Assistance in preparing presentations for the Retail and CRM HQ Department.
·  Support in creating email marketing campaigns for acquiring new customers and promoting products: target identification, DEM creation, journey management, results analysis, and reporting.
·  Operational support in the organization and management of marketing events, co-marketing activities, and organizational secretarial activities in collaboration with the Team.

How will you experience success with us?



·  Good knowledge of the Office 365 package.
·  Familiarity with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud (or similar CRM platforms) is appreciated.
·  Good knowledge of the main social networks.
·  Good knowledge of Italian and English (professional level).
·  Proactivity, flexibility, motivation, and passion for the luxury sector.
·  Good data analysis skills.
·  Ability to work effectively in a team.
·  Good communication and interpersonal skills.
