Richemont 2026 Winter Internship Program Overview:
It's a comprehensive three-month program designed to connect with and develop our future talent pipeline. This program offers students invaluable insights into Richemont's operations with accountable mentor, the luxury goods industry, and a chance to develop key business skills while building a strong professional network.
- Internship Period: January 5th, 2026 – March 30th, 2026
- Work Schedule:
During Winter Break: 5 days per week
During Semester: at least 3 days per week
This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to key visual and operational projects, supporting both boutique and event environments while developing a strong foundation in brand presentation and retail execution.
Month 1 – Visual Standards & Operations Flow Enhancement
• Assist in reviewing and refining boutique visual standards and operation flows enhancement.
Month 2 – Display Stands (PLV) Management & VM Documentation
• Support PLV (display stand) order processing, allocation, and coordination.
• Consolidate VM standards and visual documents to ensure brand consistency across boutiques.
Month 3 – Field VM & High-End Event Support
• Provide on-site visual support during boutique visits and high-end events.
• Assist the VM team in setup, display execution, and visual maintenance.
