Job description

We are looking for a Client Service Administrator to join us at our Cartier ION Orchard Flagship Boutique to be a star player to the team and effectively contribute to the success of our brand. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?   

 

·        As an exciting role at the cross-road of Richemont Customer Service platform and Cartier Flagship Boutique life , you will be an Ambassador of the Maison and you will respect the image and the client service policy of the Maison 

·       You will also support our Customer Service platform to issue Cartier cost estimations and raise further requests/appeal to CS Headquarter (WISE )

·       You will work closely with Boutique teams to ensure close daily Repair Order management , by sharing relevant CS information, providing latest Repair Order status/updates, following-up on sensitive cases.

·       Working closely with the CS Manager, you will ensure regular communication to provide feedback and ideas/initiatives on client service excellence and client satisfaction

·       You will organize, follow-up and maintain all administrative documents related to Repair Order and CS stock & tools (Sales, transfers, orders…).

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills  

·        Very rigorous, strong organization skills, Interpersonal skills, empathy, , strong solution driver, client focused and good team-player 

·        Knowledgeable about Watchmaking is a plus

·        Prior knowledge and usage of SAP & MS office is a plus

·        Finally, you will meet with the Commercial Director to find out more about how we operate and an opportunity for you to ask questions about the business and the Maison.
