BRIEF OUTLINE OF THE JOB:

 

The mission of RTW & Shoes MD Associate is to achieve the CHLOE RTW & Shoes category budget to elevate the brand position as a fashion luxury brand in Japan, in alignment with the Maison global and local strategy, and closely cooperating with Merchandising Manager.

 

RTW & Shoes MD Associate has the responsibility to contribute supporting the growth of the RTW & Shoes business with Merchandising Manager. In addition to contributing the successful product launches and sales results, delivering the message of Maison’s commitment.

 

 

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

·  Pre-season buying: support the Merchandising Manager in the buying process
·  In-season management: support the Merchandiser in the following tasks:
·  Product training preparation
·  Coordination with VM team on set-up timings
·  Sales and performance analysis
·  Product allocation and rebalancing, inventory optimization
·  Composition information preparation
·  Follow-up of topics related to quality issues
·  Markdown preparation
·  Price change follow-ups

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

·  Minimum 3 years merchandising experience in Retail industry. Luxury brand experience preferable.
·  Business level of Japanese & Intermediate level of English
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. (Vlookup, Sumifs, Pivot etc.) and Powerpoint.
·  Excellent communication and organizational skills.
·  Multi-tasking skill
