MAIN PURPOSE

The Boutique Supervisor will be responsible for assisting Boutique Manager with the daily operations of the boutique.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· 
Supporting and implementing retail strategies

· 
Providing training and coaching of sales team

· 
Interacting with clients and drive performance through appropriate sales techniques

· 
Maintaining a high level of brand image

· 
Cultivating and maintaining excellent client relationships

JOB PROFILE

· 
3+ years’ retail supervisory experience in contemporary or luxury fashion

· 
Good command of spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese

· 
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· 
Strong problem solving, service-oriented and reliable
