As main point of contact for markets supply chain teams, the mission consists in defining the appropriate stock level per product category (Watches and Jewellery, range and novelties), collaboratively piloting the target stock definition process and defining the stock reallocation to be performed. The distribution planner is also maintaining the central allocation tool (Anaplan) and participates in main distribution evolution projects. 

 

You will make an impact by:

Being the Distribution planning Expert: Build strong stock policies to support the business and marketing strategy 

· 
Ensuring Flawless Execution: Oversee distribution flows, guaranteeing accuracy and efficiency, 

· 
Optimizing and Innovate: Contribute to cost reduction, sustainability initiatives, development of new distribution flows and new tools 

· 
Structuring distribution up to the POS: Provide reports, analysis 

 

Stock Policy management Watches and Jewellery 

· 
Work closely with Sales & Demand Planning Teams to size the target stocks (Assortment, Consignment, Tool and Safety stock) 

· 
Monitor and optimize stocks levels within markets to ensure client centricity up to the Point of Sales. 

· 
Manage life cycle, including switch models and product grouping and initiate proper distribution actions 

· 
Regularly review sales trend evolution and stock situation to lead required Target Stock changes 

· 
Implement a robust scarcity distribution operating model for all specific use cases 

 

New Products Distribution 

· 
In collaboration with Supply Planners, Demand Planners, Sales team & Marketing, manage the novelty allocation plans in a timely manner 

· 
In collaboration with Distribution coordinators, guarantee the alignment between distribution and planning 

· 
Assess and challenge the stock level for Novelties, based on sales forecasts and assortment 

· 
Regularly update markets and HQ teams on Novelties stock deployment 

 

Distribution  

· 
Ensure correct and fair execution of the weekly deployments to markets 

· 
Analyze the alerts and support the stock allocations depending on stock level and priorities 

· 
Guarantee a clear, consistent and fair distribution of resources to all markets, based on Key Performance Indicators 

 

Reporting  

· 
Ensure proper communication on all topics linked to stock management 

· 
Build and update reports on stock management 

· 
Ensure up-to-date KPI and measure vs target: stock fulfillment, stock coverage stock quality 

· 
Manage dashboards and performance indicators for Hub to Hub and D2POS performance 

· 
Ensure all KPI can be extended to POS and train merchandisers on reporting capabilities 

  

Project  

In the context of Supply Chain transformation and business evolution (Central allocation and market allocation Anaplan roll-out, Inventory planning, stock mutualization initiatives): 

· 
Participate actively in the implementation of the new Supply Chain processes 

· 
Support the markets in their Supply Chain progress plans 

· 
Lead distribution inventory planning continuous improvement projects 

· 
Build Anaplan expertise on Distribution planning 

 

 

The exceptional skills we are looking for:

You have a first experience in a similar role 

· 
You have good knowledge of Anaplan and Advanced Excel and BI tools 

· 
You master inventory policy concepts 

· 
You have advanced analytical and presentation skills 

· 
You have a strong ability to go from details to a more global picture 

· 
You are fluent in French and English
