CONTEXT

 

Group Technology is responsible for deploying, maintaining and upgrading a Process Mining solution (Celonis) used by Maison’s and Function’s of the Richemont group to analyse their operational processes with aim of improving them.

 

Several datamodels have been implemented: OTC, PTP, AP, AR, ODN, IDN. They are used by central and regional teams.

The adoption of the solution is growing year on year, the number of users is increasing and s the volume of data being processed as well.

 

In order to guarantee the smooth running of the solution and meet the new demands of users, we are looking for a Celonis specialist with technical skills to strengthen the team.

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

·  Works with Celonis Leads and Application Owner to translate business requirements and use cases into technical and data requirements
·  Identifies all the source system tables and fields that need to be brought into Celonis
·  Extracts, transforms and loads all source system data needed for each process implemented within Celonis
·  Builds the Celonis data model for each process
·  Collaborates with relevant business experts to validate the data within Celonis
·  Monitors and optimizes the performance of all data queries to ensure ideal response times
·  Documents all technical and data requirements and all extract, transform, load (ETL) work
·  Provides ongoing support for any data-related issues

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?

 

·  Proficiency in PQL coding
·  Extensive experience in ETL processes
·  Strong experience with relational databases and data modeling
·  Python skills (preferred)
·  Familiarity with the data structures of core enterprise systems (SAP ECC and SAP EWM) is a plus
·  Celonis Data Engineer qualification or certification
·  Communication: The ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. This includes written communication (reports, documentation) and verbal communication (presentations, meetings).
·  Collaboration: The ability to work effectively with others, including business analysts, application owners, and other data scientists. This includes being able to listen to and understand different perspectives, and to work together to achieve common goals.
·  1- 2 years experience in a similar position
